DHL Freight's international road transport customer service can be reached at 020 345 345 and via email at dhlfreight.fi@dhl.com.
During the summer period, from 9.6. to 29.8.2025, our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and the Key Account Desk is available from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Our entire customer service will return to normal opening hours (8 AM to 5 PM) on Monday, 1.9.2025.
